Welcome to Wine Diva Tours. You agree to the following terms and conditions when booking a tour with us. These ensure a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all our guests. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. General Information
1.1. Wine Diva Tours is a licensed tour operator that offers group and private wine tours in McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, Barossa Valley, Fleurieu Peninsula, and Adelaide Hills.
1.2. Our tours operate year-round, subject to availability and weather conditions.
1.3. Wine Diva Tours reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. No deposit is required at the time of booking.
2.2. Full payment is made directly to the tour guide on the day of your tour.
2.3. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX).
2.4. Gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months from the issue date.
2.5. Prices are subject to change based on seasonal adjustments and supplier costs.
3. Cancellations & Booking Changes
3.1. Customer Cancellations:
- More than 28 days before the tour date: Full changes or cancellations permitted.
- Between 28 and 7 days before the tour date: Only venue changes are allowed; no tour type or region changes.
- Within 7 days of the tour date: No changes or refunds permitted.
3.2. Tour Operator Cancellations:
- If Wine Diva Tours cancels a booking, guests will be offered an alternative tour date or a full refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to weather conditions, unexpected closures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
4.1. Included in the Tour Price:
✅ Luxury Mercedes-Benz transport (air-conditioned)
✅ Pick-up and drop-off from Adelaide CBD, Glenelg, Southern Suburbs, and other designated locations
✅ Visits to hand-selected wineries, distilleries, breweries, boutique stores, and local attractions
✅ Regional lunch platter at a premium venue
✅ Complimentary chilled water
✅ Professional, accredited tour guides
4.2. Not Included in the Tour Price:
❌ Cellar door tasting fees (most are redeemable with purchases)
❌ Personal shopping or additional purchases
❌ Accommodation and meals outside the tour itinerary
5. Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
5.1. Guests must be 18 years or older to participate in alchoholic drink tastings. Valid photo ID may be required at cellar doors.
5.2. Guests under 18 years are welcome but may not participate in alcohol tastings.
5.3. Appropriate attire is required, including sturdy, closed-toe shoes at specific venues due to safety regulations. High heels and open-toe footwear may restrict entry at some wineries.
5.4. Wine Diva Tours promotes responsible drinking. Our guides reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive guests.
- Remove guests from the tour if their behaviour affects the experience of others.
- Decline entry to the vehicle if a guest is intoxicated at pickup.
6. Liability & Safety
6.1. Wine Diva Tours holds all necessary licenses and insurance to operate its services.
6.2. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety, participation in any tour is at your own risk.
6.3. We are not liable for any:
- Injuries, illness, or accidents sustained during the tour.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Service interruptions due to external factors such as weather, road closures, or supplier changes.
6.4. Guests are advised to purchase their travel insurance for additional protection.
7. Special Requests & Accessibility
7.1. Dietary requirements must be communicated 48 hours before the tour to allow for necessary arrangements.
7.2. Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. However, we will do our best to accommodate guests with mobility concerns—don’t hesitate to contact us in advance.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1. We collect basic personal details for booking purposes only.
8.2. Personal information is never shared with third parties unless required for booking confirmations (e.g., winery reservations).

9. Force Majeure
9.1. Wine Diva Tours is not responsible for tour disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (fires, floods, extreme weather)
- Road closures or transport strikes
- Government restrictions or public health advisories
If such events occur, we offer alternative tour dates or a partial refund based on incurred costs.
